What materials do you use?
All Ignarium incense is crafted using natural botanical ingredients, including resins, woods, herbs, and essential oils.
We do not use synthetic fragrance oils or harsh chemical fillers.
How long does each incense burn?
Burn time varies depending on the blend and size, but most sticks burn between 45 and 80 minutes.
Palo Santo and Bombs burn differently, so it’s harder to estimate the burning time for them, also depends on the blend and size.
Where are your products made?
All products are handcrafted in the United Kingdom in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, detailing the issues in your order.
How should I store incense?
Store incense in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve aroma and quality.
